Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the in7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both incorporated herein by reference), form the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and in7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the in7 online casino, sportsbook, and all associated services available at in7.bio.

By completing the in7 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use any part of the in7 platform after these terms have been published or updated, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understand their content.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are accessing in7 voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that in7 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed through the platform.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh in connection with your use of in7.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the in7 platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an in7 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using in7 in any capacity.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered in7 account. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Own identity: You must register using your own true identity and may not open or operate an account on behalf of any third party.
• Geographical access: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing in7 is lawful in your jurisdiction. in7 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific location.
• Not on exclusion list: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by in7 or any other operator, that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

in7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time and to suspend account access pending the outcome of such verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where appropriate, return of any pending verified withdrawal amount to the originating payment method.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access in7's real-money games, sportsbook, and BDT wallet, you must complete the account registration process in full. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.

in7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following supporting documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the previous three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used to fund your account (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing matching name and mobile number).

You must notify in7 promptly if any of your registered account details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these terms and entitles in7 to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice.

Your in7 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. You must take reasonable steps to protect your login details and must not disclose your password to any third party. in7 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

in7 operates a BDT-denominated wallet. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka via the payment methods made available on the platform from time to time, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on in7:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500 or the equivalent as stated in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Own payment methods only: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the identity on your in7 account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Withdrawal verification: in7 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where KYC documentation has not been fully completed.
• Processing times: Deposit processing via bKash and Nagad is typically instant. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are stated in the payments section of the platform. in7 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe where delays are caused by third-party payment processors.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, bonuses, and game stakes on in7 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion service is provided.
• Transaction records: A complete record of your deposit and withdrawal history is accessible at all times within your in7 account dashboard.

in7 accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the player and will be deducted from the transaction amount by the relevant payment provider rather than by in7.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on in7 — whether on sports events, live casino games, slots, crash games, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules of that product category as published within the relevant section of the in7 platform. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid once confirmed by in7's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets pending confirmation are not valid and may be declined without liability.
• Sufficient balance: You may only place bets up to the amount of your available BDT account balance at the time of placing the wager. in7 does not extend credit to players.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, in7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. in7's determination in such cases is final.
• Irregular betting patterns: in7 reserves the right to void bets placed in patterns that suggest abuse, arbitrage exploitation, or collusion. Detection of such patterns may also result in account suspension.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-event or single-session payout limits apply and are stated within the relevant betting rules section of the platform. Winnings exceeding stated limits will be capped at the applicable maximum.
• Result finality: Once a sporting event result has been verified and settled by in7, that settlement is final. Retrospective amendments to official results by governing bodies (e.g., the ICC, BCB, or FIFA) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at in7's sole discretion.
• RNG games: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any individual return in any single session.

in7 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close any betting market at any time without prior notice. In the event a market is suspended after bets have been accepted, in7 will make commercially reasonable efforts to settle those bets at the accepted odds; however, where settlement is not possible due to data or system failure, stakes will be returned.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

in7 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The following general principles apply to all in7 bonuses and promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. in7 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where a player has previously abused a promotional offer.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Prohibited strategies: Placing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements using low-risk strategies (e.g., betting on both sides of the same market, or placing bets at very low variance) constitutes bonus abuse and entitles in7 to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
• Currency: All bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. Promotional values stated on the in7 platform are in Bangladeshi Taka unless explicitly stated otherwise.

in7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has partially satisfied its conditions, in7 will make a fair determination on a case-by-case basis regarding any accrued benefit.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

in7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward all players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form a mandatory part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both in7 and all registered players.

• Age restriction: Players must be 18 years of age or older. 18+ in7 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to suspend any account where age cannot be confirmed.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits within their account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Session time alerts: Players may configure on-screen session time reminders within their account settings to maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-off periods: Players may suspend their account for a temporary period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days via account settings or by contacting support. During a cool-off period, no deposits, bets, or logins will be accepted.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request a long-term or permanent self-exclusion by contacting in7 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the stated duration.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the in7 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to in7.
• Money laundering: Using in7 to launder, conceal, or convert proceeds of crime or to facilitate the financing of any illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one in7 account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets to exploit a vulnerability.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake, or system malfunction to generate profit on in7.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with in7 games without human input.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, alter, disable, or interfere with any part of the in7 platform, its servers, or its underlying code.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to in7 by any person under the age of 18, including by sharing account credentials with a minor.
• Abuse of support: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward in7 support staff or other players.

Section 9

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close an in7 account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your in7 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified pending withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Suspension or Closure by in7: in7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by in7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate account usage.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player against in7 through a payment provider.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements applicable to in7.

Where in7 closes an account due to player breach, any balance remaining in the account (including bonus funds) may be forfeited. Where in7 closes an account for internal business reasons unrelated to player breach, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in7 expressly excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the in7 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through the normal use of the platform, including losses resulting from bets placed on sporting events or casino games.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind arising from platform use or unavailability.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements.
• Delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit in7's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the in7 platform — including but not limited to the in7 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of in7 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the in7 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute any in7 content without prior written permission.
• Use the in7 brand name, logo, or trade dress in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by in7.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the in7 platform using automated tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any in7 software or game engine.

Third-party game content made available through in7 (including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the terms of in7's licensing agreements with those studios. in7 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

in7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, in7 will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to the affected account.

The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the in7 platform following the publication of an updated version of these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
